CONNIE ARMERDING

Philosophy and Approach

•Equipping Leaders to Create Emotionally Healthy Cultures•

Your story matters. I am committed to walking alongside you in your story, listening and exploring what is blocking you from forward movement and wholehearted living. My work as an Executive Coach and Leadership Consultant is to draw out areas in the life of leaders where attention and formation are needed. Identifying blind spots and areas of stuck-ness is an essential first step in laying a solid foundation to hold the growth and personal transformation to come.

As your coach, I help you lead your life (and all that you love) rather than letting your life lead you.

In my work with clients, I focus on enhancing leadership capacity by incorporating health into all areas of their life: mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. My commitment to my clients is strengthening their leadership through a holistic approach, reaping measurable benefits for you, your team, and your organization. Developing greater emotional intelligence through self- awareness, cultivating resilience, and honing interpersonal skills will equip leaders to use their influence and leadership to create cultures of honesty and integrity where they and those they lead will thrive.

A key aspect of leadership is empowering others. With over fifteen years of leadership experience in educational institutions, non-profit organizations, entrepreneurial start-ups, church planting, and local church ministry, I have helped leaders experience breakthrough moments. It has brought me great joy to see emerging (and seasoned) leaders awaken to their passions, navigate transitions, find renewed clarity and focus, discover their unique contributions, commit to self-care, and realize their extraordinary potential. I wholeheartedly believe in the power of team and the brilliance of collaboration. I am committed to walking alongside my clients to strengthen the relationships that matter most and create healthy cultures at home and work.

I look forward to sharing my knowledge and hands-on experience with you and, together, commit to accomplishing your personal and professional goals. I am looking forward to working with you! Give me a call, and let's get started.
