GROUP THERAPY

Mending The Soul

A person's hand holding a green fern leaf against a background of other green fern leaves and foliage.

NEXT SESSION: September 24th- December 17th, 2026

This Mending the Soul group is for women and specifically designed to help you work through all the abuses in your story – from childhood to any current relationships, personal and professional. These abuses may include spiritual, sexual, physical, emotional/mental, and/or verbal.

So many of our stories contain overt abuse, where it is clear and obvious. However, a majority of us have covert abuse, that is harder to define. This group will help you process both types.

Our stories are all our own and we must resist the temptation to compare. A group like this helps us understand our own stories and brings healing in ways that individual work cannot provide.

Boundaries Workshop

A book titled 'Boundaries' by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend, placed on a wooden surface, with a blurred background. The cover features a pencil drawing a line that turns into a chain, with text indicating it's about saying yes and no, and taking control of your life.

NEXT SESSION: SEPTEMBER 23rd- November 11th, 2026

Just the word “Boundaries” can stir something in us. Fear, resistance, discomfort, stress, hurt, exhaustion, disappointment.

But, when understood rightly and implemented well, Boundaries cultivate intimacy between us and the ones who matter most to us. They help us feel freedom and enjoyment in our relationships and our lives. They create a deep well of honor for us and the other person.

This group is for those of us:

  • who want to steward our relationships and our commitments into deeper places of health and delight

  • who feel like we lose ourselves in our relationships

  • who feel like our lives are outside of our control

  • who take on too much responsibility for others’ feelings or problems

  • who feel like we have to say yes to everyone’s requests

  • who feel afraid of saying "no" for fear that we might lose - lose approval, love, friendship, or even the relationship

In this group, you'll experience a space welcoming you to learn about your own tendencies in relationships and how your story has shaped your relationships to people - and your relationship to Boundaries. With others who are growing right alongside you, you'll learn when to say yes and how to say no, begin to nurture your relationship to boundaries - and perhaps, even learn to befriend Boundaries in the process.
